Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rouba Nasreddine | Biomarker Imaging Approaches | Women Researcher Award
Institute of Organic and Analytical Chemistry | France
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rouba Nasreddine is an analytical chemist with expertise in chromatography, spectroscopy, capillary electrophoresis, and microscale thermophoresis (MST). Her research focuses on developing analytical methods for air quality assessment—particularly bioaerosol and VOC analysis—and exploring molecular interactions relevant to health, environment, and bioactive compounds. She has contributed to several interdisciplinary projects, including studies on enzymatic activity in crowded environments and lipid–peptide interactions, and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals. Her work also extends to the evaluation of natural extracts for antioxidant and dermo-cosmetic applications. Alongside her research, she teaches analytical and separation techniques and supervises student projects, combining strong scientific output with active academic engagement.
