Mr. Jayabrata Goswami is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is currently working as a System Analyst (Senior Scale) at Netaji Subhas Open University, contributing to both academic and administrative domains. His core research interests include low-power semiconductor devices, tunneling field-effect transistors (TFETs), biosensors, and the integration of artificial intelligence in higher education systems. He has published several research papers in reputed journals such as Springer, focusing on analytical modeling, simulation of TFET-based biosensors, and embedded systems applications like robotics and automation.Beyond research, he has actively contributed to the development of digital education by designing and instructing Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on topics such as Cyber Security and ICT for Educators. He is also involved in mentoring students, guiding technical projects, and serving as a nodal officer in various national-level educational schemes. His technical proficiency spans programming languages like C, Java, and Python, and simulation tools including MATLAB and TCAD.Mr. Goswami is a life member of professional bodies such as the Institute of Engineers (India) and FOSET. He was recognized with a national education award and was selected for a prestigious scientist position at a DRDO-CU collaborative research center.
