Professor Manahel Thabet is an eminent scholar, thought leader, and globally recognized intellectual, currently serving as the Special Envoy for Science and Technology to the Secretary General of the Commonwealth, the Right Honorable Baroness Patricia Scotland. As a distinguished economist, scientist, and futurist, she also holds the positions of President of The Economic Forum for Sustainable Development and Founder and President of Consortium Consultants, a premier consultancy specializing in Data Banks, Financial Engineering, Sustainable Economic Rewiring, and Futurism. Additionally, she advises the President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Saudi Arabia. In her role with the Commonwealth, she drives scientific collaboration and technological innovation across 56 member states, promoting sustainable development, building scientific capacity, and ensuring equitable access to advanced technologies in developing nations. Academically, she serves as Deputy Director of the Institute for Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition at Imperial College London and as Vice President of the World Intelligence Network, the largest platform for high-IQ individuals globally.
